SHIPPING
We accept paypal, Visa and Mastercard. Depending on stock availablity, you should receive your order within 1 -2 weeks of when order was placed.
Shipping costs are based on weight and destination of item and will ship by USPS Priority Mail. All orders will be shipped insured unless otherwise specified. All claims (damage or shortage) must be reported within 5 working days after receipt of merchandise. We are not responsible for merchandise lost , stolen, or damaged in transit. You must file a claim with USPS. We would of course, supply any information neccessary for submission of your claim.
7.25% sales tax will be automatically applied to all California orders or 8.25% within Los Angeles County.

RETURNS AND REPAIR POLICY
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds. Instead, we offer credit that can be applied toward the purchase of any items on our website. There are no refunds or exchanges on special orders which include lengthened pieces and requested design changes. The customer will be responsible of the cost of shipment for any returned merchandise.
In an unlikely event that a piece needs repair, there will be a $10.00 per piece charge, plus shipping, for purchases within 60 days. If the repair is due to workmanship on the part of Tara Gasparian Jewelry Design, the charge will be waived.
BECOMING A RETAILER
